The Trinidad Sour is probably the most flamboyant use of Angostura Bitters ever created. Although I’m a generally a fan of bold flavors, I think this is a much more balanced cocktail. The Surf School Swizzle, recipe courtesy of Imbibe Magazine!
Surf School Swizzle

Materials
- 1 OZ. BARBADOS RUM
- 3/4 OZ. FRESH LEMON JUICE
- 1/2 OZ. ORGEAT
- 1/2 OZ. BANANA LIQUEUR
- 1/2 OZ. ANGOSTURA BITTERS
Instructions
- Shake everything with ice. Dump and strain into glass with crushed ice.
