Actually, I didn’t splurge on the $60+ bottle of Chartreuse. I used a new, local product by Elixir Spirits called Vers, which was designed after Chartreuse. It’s been a while since I’ve sipped the OG spirit straight, but I have no complaints about this one, especially at half the price. For the pineapple juice, Lakewood Organic makes the best pineapple juice for cocktails, and is worth having a round if you love tropical drinks. I love the way Chartreuse extends the spice notes of Falernum here. Recipe taken from Imbibe.
